Each year Sailing World magazine presents North America’s largest sailing regatta series, the Sailing World Regatta Series. Formerly known as the National Offshore One-Design (NOOD) Regattas, the series was founded in Newport, Rhode Island, by the editors of Sailing World in 1988 to help foster the growing interest in racing one design keelboats. Celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2018, this regatta has a proven track record of success with 5 national events each year and 1 international championship. This regatta series engages the sport’s elite and Corinthian participants and the Chicago Yacht Club is very excited to host this prestigious racing event in 2023.

This year Australia will be represented by Steven Proud and his Swish team.  Onboad with Steven will be Billy Sykes (RSYS), Malcolm Parker (RPAYC) and they will be joined by Miami local Evan Aras.
